Briannah believes therapy should be a space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood without judgment. She values an authentic and collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients can explore difficult emotions, life experiences, and personal goals at their own pace. Her approach focuses on understanding how trauma, relationships, and life experiences can shape the ways people cope, connect, and respond emotionally.
She has experience working with clients navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, court involvement, and other life stressors. Briannah strives to meet clients where they are and adapt therapy to each person’s unique needs and experiences. She believes meaningful change often begins with helping clients feel less alone in what they are carrying, while also supporting them in building self-understanding, resilience, and choices that feel aligned with what matters most to them. She is committed to providing an inclusive and affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients and welcomes clients of all identities and backgrounds.
Outside of her clinical work, Briannah enjoys running, biking on trails, crocheting, and spending time with her partner, family, and friends.
